Ms. Croucher:  I am originally from Tigard, Oregon (SW of Portland).  I relocated to Las Vegas in 2008 to persue my restaurant management career at Red Robin.  Realizing that teaching and coaching was my real passion I started persuing my teaching career.  I moved to St. George in 2011 where I completed my Associates Degree at Dixie State University in May 2013.  After a lot of thought I decided to continue my studies at Southern Utah University.  I started at SUU in Fall 2013 and it quickly became my favorite college.  I became the president/member of the SUU Student Council for Exceptional Children in 2013.  I completed my EDGE project by taking my club to Philadelphia for the National CEC conference.  My involvement within the SUU community allowed me to also be an EDGE Mentor, Peer Tutor, Scribe, and Housing Coordinator for the Cedar City Grand Prix (Women's Bike Race in conjunction with the Tour of Utah).  I completed my student teaching at Red Mountain Elementary in Ivins, Utah.  I have moved back to St. George because I have truly fallen in love with the lifestyle and the beauty that it offers.  I graduated from Southern Utah University with my Bachelors Degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education December 2015.  I will be continuing my education in Fall 2017 where I will complete my Masters Degree in Special Education - Severe.   "We can improve through education.  Continually seek knowledge and you will improve your life."
